Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Cardiff. You will join a commercial consultancy and be put on a structured training plan, shadow senior surveyors and receive support towards RICS Chartership while you develop core QS duties and cost control across sectors.

The role is office-based in Cardiff with regional site visits along the M4/M5 corridor; you should have a degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar), some QS experience and a driving licence,

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or similar).
• Some Quantity Surveying experience.
• Driving licence.
• Looking to develop long-term with chartership support and progression.

Responsibilities

• Supporting cost control and core commercial / QS duties across multiple sectors.
• Office-based in Cardiff with regional site visits (M4 / M5 corridor).
• Shadowing and mentoring from senior surveyors with a structured training plan.
