Versa Consulting Limited in Bristol is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on reactive maintenance and minor works projects.

You will assist with tender prep, valuations, variations and final accounts, carry out site measurements, and help maximise project performance while maintaining records. Flexible hybrid working is offered with competitive benefits and ongoing training to support your early career development.

Qualifications

• Degree completed or currently studying Quantity Surveying, or HNC/HND qualified.
• Some Quantity Surveying experience within construction, maintenance or minor works.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their commercial skills within a supportive team environment.

The Role:
