The Company:

Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role or challenge? Are you seeking to reduce your daily commute?

Our client is a growing Main Contractor with a regional office along the M1 corridor. They currently have a turnover of £40 million and operate mainly within Leisure, Multi-rooms, and Industrial Warehouse sectors. Most projects are of a new build nature.

Having recently secured two new build projects valued at £15 million each, they are looking to strengthen their Commercial Team by hiring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

About You:

• Experience managing schemes up to £5 million in value, both commercially and contractually
• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within a commutable distance of Northampton
• Experience working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
