We are a leading consultancy in the Infrastructure sector and are seeking an Associate Cost Manager / Commercial Manager for our prestigious infrastructure projects.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

1. Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project parties.
2. Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
3. Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
4. Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications.
5. Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
6. Manage contract changes effectively, maintaining governance and best practices.
7. Improve forecast and budget accuracy.
8. Support stakeholders with commercial knowledge.
9. Negotiate and finalize project accounts.
10. Lead teams and manage commissions as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

• Preferably MRICS
• Experience with NEC3 contracts, especially Option C – Target Cost
• Post-contract administration experience
• Experience working on major programmes and infrastructure projects (rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways)
• Experience leading and managing teams
