Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team and drive memorable guest experiences. You will work as part of the management team, stepping up when the General Manager is not on duty, and you’ll motivate staff to deliver stellar service.

You’ll support the GM in achieving financial KPIs, lead shifts with passion, and be responsible for smooth operations while deputising as needed. A background in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team and driving guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to manage a team across shifts and KPI delivery.
• Comfort in deputising for the General Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the pub's operation when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a similar/ branded environment.
