Urbanbubble Ltd is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to be the first contact for enquiries in a fast-paced environment and to ensure a first-class experience for residents and landlords. The role covers reactive maintenance, inspections follow-up, and coordination with contractors to keep properties compliant and well maintained.

You will support residents on-site with queries, assist in insurance claim processing, and help manage service schedules and health and safety obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a fast paced customer service environment.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of delivering high levels of customer care.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring a first-class experience.
• Manage and resolve reactive property issues, escalating when needed.
• Review inspections from onsite staff and follow up accordingly.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and oversee schedule compliance.
• Support residents with queries such as noise/ASB and liaise with third parties.
