Job summary

BBL Property recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to manage two large residential developments in Woolwich and Brentford with hybrid working. You will work with the wider Property Management teams and site teams to handle repairs, maintenance logs, contractor oversight and service charge input, while maintaining strong resident communication.

Candidates should have a property management background with leasehold knowledge; Fixflo experience is a plus, and a stable employment

• Experience with Fixflo is beneficial.

Assistant Property Manager – 2 x Sites – Hybrid working - £35k

My client is a leading private-sector provider of housing, neighbourhood, and facilities management services across the UK.

Working with government, housing associations, housebuilders, and institutional investors they are now looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager as follows:

• Working hybrid, assisting with the management of two large residential developments situated in Woolwich and Brentford


• Reporting into / working alongside, the wider Property Management and site-based teams across the two estates


• Assisting with all aspects of Property Management, from repairs/maintenance logging to contractor oversight, service charge input and daily resident liaison / communication


• Experience of Fix Flo beneficial


• You will come from a Block / Property Management background, with a good general understanding of leasehold matters and regulations


• Would suit an Assistant Property Manager looking to apply themselves client side OR a competent Property Administrator looking to step up


• Strong administrative and customer service skills are a must – you will be resident facing on a regular basis


• A stable employment history with a desire to learn and progress your career over time is essential


• Related qualifications would be beneficial (TPI) but can be supported in post as part of wider career development opportunities once settled

Salary will start at up to £35k plus extensive benefits with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
