Property Manager / Block Manager Middlesex (Hybrid) Up to £55k

We re working with a long established, highly reputable and multi award winning Property Management company who are looking to hire a Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:

• Working on a hybrid basis (2 days office, 3 days home) reporting into a Middlesex based office Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm
• 3+ years Block Management experience with a stable career history
• Driving license
• ATPI qualification desirable but not essential and can be supported in post
• Management of a long held, compact and high-quality mixed portfolio of developer, freeholder, and RMC Blocks.
• Undertaking the full range of Property Management duties from budget setting to major works management, insurance provision, and site inspection.
• Ensuring compliance with industry best practice and regulation, including H&S
• Utilising in-house administrative and accounting support to provide residents and clients with a responsive, transparent, and high-quality property management service.

Salary for the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will start at up to £55k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance. Benefits include 23 days holiday, 4 days off at Christmas, private healthcare, funded study (for property qualifications) and pension.
