Job summary

You will help implement PMO methodologies and maintain project standards while enabling clear reporting to stakeholders.

You will work closely with teams responsible for partnerships, licensing, and marketing, helping drive delivery of commercial and business performance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• More than three years of project management experience.
• APM PPQ, PMQ or equivalent qualification.
• Experience delivering commercial or marketing projects in sponsorship, licensing, digital marketing, brand experience or creative services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium projects from ideation through to closure, ensuring milestones and quality standards.
• Track project performance against timing and scope, reporting variances to the PMO Senior Manager.
• Support the Finance Business Partner in tracking budgeted financial performance and variances.
• Assist with project scoping, feasibility, planning and reporting.
• Escalate risks and issues as required and communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop and rollout governance frameworks focusing on commercial and business performance.
