Job summary

McLaren Racing is investing in our PMO capability and seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial, marketing and business performance projects across the racing portfolio. You will help implement PMO methodologies, maintain standards, and enable effective communication between stakeholders, working closely with partnerships, licensing, brand growth and fan engagement teams.

The role emphasizes risk identification, reporting, and governance.

Qualifications

• APM PPQ or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering commercial or marketing projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from ideation to closure and monitor milestones.
• Track performance vs timing and scope, reporting variances.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking with the Finance partner.
• Help define project scopes, plans and governance documentation.
• Identify and elevate risks and issues, and communicate updates.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Contribute to monthly PMO reporting and governance processes.
