Job summary

McLaren Racing in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Specialist, Partner Operations to lead the planning and delivery of critical partner operations for the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). You will build processes, governance, and materials for onboarding, handbooks, gifting, and partner hubs, aligned with the wider commercial model.

You will coordinate activation plans, track assets and contracts, and prepare executive briefs and partner communications.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in partnership operations, sponsorship delivery or a comparable commercial environment.
• Proven ability to document and improve processes across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Experience planning and delivering partner rights, activations, events or operational programmes against deadlines.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and risks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver critical partner operations for the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).
• Develop onboarding processes, handbooks, guidelines, gifting, digital platforms and partner hub.
• Represent WEC partner activity through updates and reporting to leadership.
• Produce partnership content for executive briefs, activation plans, run sheets and talent requirements.
• Coordinate activation plans, partner run sheets, driver briefs and events across races.
• Support trackside delivery of content requests, hospitality and contractual assets with Commercial Operations.
• Maintain accurate partner contracts, asset tracking and CRM records as a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with Communications and Brand Design on partner announcements and multichannel communications.
