Job summary

Oxygen in Leicester is seeking an Assistant Park Manager to lead a motivated team across the customer journey and deliver exceptional service.

You will work closely with the Deputy and Park Manager to set direction, coach staff, uphold brand standards and health and safety, and turn moments of WOW into reality.

F&B management experience is essential, and you will be rewarded with industry‑leading pay, enhanced holiday entitlement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with financial data and KPI management.
• Experience of managing and leading a large team.
• Experience with planning and running events.
• Working knowledge of welfare and EDI in the workplace.
• Excellent customer service and engagement skills.
• Experience working with SEN children and customers.
• Knowledge of industry H&S standards and compliance.
• Tech savvy and proficient with core Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the team to deliver exceptional customer service across the park.
• Inspire and coach staff to maintain brand standards and SOP compliance.
• Ensure day-to-day park operations meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to plan events and activities.
