Job summary

Oxygen Nottingham is searching for a Park Supervisor to join the Park Management Team and oversee day-to-day operations, guest flow and health & safety. You will lead by example across all areas and drive standards during busy periods, events and holidays.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting KPIs such as guest experience, labour control, parties and café performance while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the park during operational shifts.
• Act as a keyholder, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and support the team during peak trading periods, events and school holidays.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation across the park.
• Support the management of labour deployment and team positioning.
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures and operational standards are followed.
• Support party operations and café performance during busy periods.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Support management with compliance checks, operational routines and shift reporting.
• Deliver strong operational awareness and decision making during live trading.
