  5. Manage meeting room bookings.
  6. Handle company credit card purchases (post-approval), maintaining accurate records.
  7. Reconcile and create runner floats for Office Manager approval.
  8. Manage the office inbox, ensuring prompt responses.
  9. Delegate tasks to runners and keep them focused on their responsibilities.
  10. Ensure smooth workflow within the office.
  11. Oversee work experience tasks, assign additional duties as needed.
  12. Report concerns, queries, and process issues to the Office Manager.
  13. Train new runners on office procedures.
  14. Act as the lead fire warden and first aider on site (training provided).
  15. Conduct regular check-ins with the Office Manager.
  16. Participate in office management training opportunities.
  17. Provide visibility and guidance under the supervision of the Office Manager.
