Toad Hall Nursery Group is seeking an Assistant Nursery Manager for our Watford nursery. You will lead the team, ensure high-quality care and education, and support occupancy growth. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to maintain standards and promote the setting.

The role requires EYFS expertise, a full Level 3 childcare qualification, and strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge. DBS check is mandatory; additional leadership qualifications are a plus.

Formación

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification is essential.
• DBS check clearance required prior to starting.
• Additional management qualification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Quality and Compliance: ensure Ofsted/EYFS standards with audits and hands-on support.
• Inspire and Support the Team: develop staff and learning environments across rooms.
• Drive Success and Growth: work with the Nursery Manager on budgets, occupancy and staffing.
