Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking an Assistant Nights Manager to join the nights team, working 10:30pm–7:00am, 5 nights a week including weekends. You will support the Night Manager, supervise colleagues, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly during the night with a strong focus on guest comfort and safety.

You will oversee regular night audits, safe handovers, and security checks, while coordinating with Events and operations teams to resolve guest requests and maintain service

Qualifications

• Previous experience working nights in a hotel
• Experience supervising a nights team is preferred
• Strong guest service skills and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in hospitality

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Manager to run the hotel smoothly during the night shift
• Oversee night audit processes and handovers
• Ensure housekeeping and other night tasks are completed to standard
• Handle guest requests and issues while on night duty
• Collaborate with Events and operations teams during night hours
