Valor Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to lead during the night shift, deputising for the Night Manager when needed and handling guest requests with professionalism.

You will run night audits, perform health and safety checks, and participate in night security walks. The role requires excellent communication for smooth handovers and a strong commitment to guest service, with flexible shifts across evenings and weekends.

Do you have strong background in Front of House or Reception operations but prefer working the night shift?
As Assistant Night Manager you will deputise in the absence of the Night Manager, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks, night security walks and dealing all guests requests.
Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager as are excellent customer service skills.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
