Job summary

InterContinental London O2 is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and lead the front office team with calm authority, ensuring the highest standards of service remain consistent through the night.

You will safeguard guest safety, perform regular health and safety checks, manage incidents, and coordinate with all departments to keep our five‑star experience uninterrupted, while presenting a smart, professional appearance.
