Job description

The Valuations team within Deloitte Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory provides advice on all aspects of asset valuation.

The scope includes valuing companies, divisions, intellectual property (e.g., brands), and other income-generating assets both in the UK and internationally. The team often handles high-profile assignments reported in the financial press globally.

Projects generally involve valuation questions across various contexts, including:

  1. M&A and investment analysis
  2. Reorganisation, turnaround, and recapitalisation
  3. Litigation, expert determination, and disputes
  4. Tax, financial, and regulatory reporting, including fund valuations
  5. Intellectual property and intangible assets

Our team comprises approximately 80 professionals, including ACAs, MBAs, CFAs, and economists from diverse backgrounds, who leverage their qualifications and experience. We aim to expand this team soon.
