Job summary

Marston's PLC in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead from the front in a busy pub, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around and helping to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will drive financial and KPI performance, inspire and motivate your team on every shift, and be accountable for the pub's smooth operation when deputising for the GM.

Previous branded-management experience is preferred, and Aspire supports progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team across shifts and deputise for the GM when required.
