Job summary

Marston's PLC is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team and step up when the General Manager isn't around. You’ll lead from the front, motivating your team to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

You’ll support the GM in achieving KPIs, inspire the pub team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising for the GM. Previous like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded environment is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and motivational skills are essential.
• Experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded/pub environment is required.
• Strong focus on guest experience and KPIs.
