Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. You’ll lead from the front, motivating the team to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

You’ll support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs, inspire the pub team on every shift, and be accountable for the successful operation when deputising for the GM.

• Previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
