Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team. This permanent, salaried role offers job security and regular monthly pay, with clear career development opportunities through our Aspire-style progression.

You'll lead from the front, support the GM, motivate staff, and ensure memorable guest experiences while upholding our values and delivering strong KPI performance across the pub.
