Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a busy pub team in Wales. You’ll step in for the General Manager, lead from the front, and create memorable guest experiences while driving daily operations and financial KPIs.

You’ll inspire your team on every shift, uphold Marston’s values, and participate in Management Development training. Flexible and part-time hours are available to fit family or education needs, with a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded environment.
• Passion for leading and motivating others and delivering memorable guest experiences.
