Pho Restaurants in Milton Keynes is seeking a practical and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team. The position offers a base salary of £32,400 plus tron earnings, with a total package up to £42,500.

You’ll help lead daily service, develop the team, and ensure smooth operations in a lively dining environment that blends great food with upbeat, welcoming vibes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in bar or restaurant management, or both.
• Strong people skills and ability to train staff and set rotas.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Familiar with stock ordering systems (Acquire).

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
