Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) stores are looking for a Store Manager in Omagh to lead a boutique with passion and brand integrity. You’ll hire, coach, and develop your team while driving exceptional customer experiences and delivering luxury service on the shop floor.

You’ll balance people leadership with day-to-day operations, stock control, and sales planning. The role requires evening/weekend availability and a strong focus on targets, teamwork, and brand representation.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or cosmetics.
• You understand sales targets as easily as you remember everyone’s birthday.
• You’re adaptable, switching from coaching to on-floor work to keep everything together.
• You’re available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

In the role of Store Manager, you’re the heart and soul of one of our smaller boutiques. With your leadership, the shop runs like a dream - from daily operations to big-picture planning and sales. You hire team members, coach them on the job, and create a workplace where everyone works as one.

What You’ll Focus On

Build strong teams

• Hire new talent and coach your team members to win as a team. With you around, talent grows, and sales numbers climb.
• Get your team working perfectly. You know exactly when to use someone's strengths or when to challenge them with a new skill.

Manage operations & Spot opportunities

• Handle day-to-day operations: from counting cash to managing stock, all while following our safety and style guidelines.
• Spot opportunities, make plans that boost our sales, and keep customers happy and colleagues engaged.

Create Amazing Customer Experiences

• Build lasting customer connections by remembering faces, favourites, and sensing what newcomers will love.
• Be a true brand ambassador by looking polished and professional, and paying attention to every detail that matters for a luxury boutique.
