Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics UK and Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will be on the shop floor most of the time, supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, rotas, targets and strategy, and coaching Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional service.

You'll become the product expert, handle complex questions, embody the Feel Good Experience, manage back-office tasks, and contribute to a luxury boutique environment while working evenings and weekends.

• Be a brand ambassador - maintain a polished, professional look and attention to detail for a luxury boutique.
