Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) in Harrogate is seeking a store-based role that blends coaching, sales, and operational duties. You’ll partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, assist with sales strategies, and help colleagues and customers enjoy a premium Rituals experience.

You’ll act as the product expert, handle complex questions, and embody our Feel Good Experience while managing inventory, cash handling, and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Enjoys coaching and developing others.
• Comfortable with store operations and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning and sales strategies.
• Be the product expert and handle customer questions.
• Own the operations side including inventory and cash handling.
• Develop your team and drive sales in a fun, target-oriented way.
• Be a brand ambassador with a polished, luxury retail presence.
• Available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Are results driven, always looking for your next win and you naturally turn conversations into purchases.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Store Manager, and connect with customers (whether they're chatty or more reserved).

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
