Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's Coy Carp at Vintage Inns in the Harefield area is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will mentor the team to deliver excellent guest experiences and act as Duty Manager when needed.

The role offers onsite accommodation and the chance to grow within a large hospitality group, with a strong focus on developing talent and delivering memorable visits for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a hospitality setting (pub/restaurant).
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide development of staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink, and service to high standards.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage return visits.
