Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC, operating Vintage Inns and Springfield Inn, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership. You’ll drive guest experience, mentor colleagues and lead by example, delivering consistent service across food and beverage.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
