The Hesketh Arms, part of Mitchells & Butlers' Vintage Inns collection, is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You'll mentor staff, train and inspire, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the brand's welcoming atmosphere. Join us for great progression, staff benefits and a lively pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a pub or hospitality team.

As Assistant Manager at the Hesketh Arms, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success.
