Job summary

Buzz Bingo in Nottingham is seeking a Live Bingo Assistant Manager to lead a team across our online and retail channels, delivering engaging sessions and exceptional customer experiences.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo and drive performance, attendance, and safety while fostering a fun, compliant environment for players and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching customer-facing teams.
• Strong people development and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.
• A passion for customer experience, entertainment and team success.
• Experience in customer engagement, live operations, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of gaming compliance and safer gambling is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Delivering engaging Live Bingo sessions and outstanding customer experiences.
• Managing social media activity, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling and reporting.
• Monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.
• Supporting payroll, operational costs and accurate customer payouts.
• Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, safer gambling and company policies.
• Deputising for the Customer Operations Manager when required.
