Buzz Bingo is recruiting a Live Bingo Assistant Manager to lead a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts at Nottingham Studios, with occasional club visits. The role drives engaging bingo sessions, customer satisfaction and compliant operations.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo, manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance, and contribute to commercial success across online and retail channels.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or coaching customer-facing teams.
• Strong people development and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.
• A passion for customer experience, entertainment and team success.
• Experience in customer engagement, live operations, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of gaming compliance and safer gambling is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling and reporting.
• Monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.
• Supporting payroll, operational costs and accurate customer payouts.
• Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, safer gambling and company policies.
• Deputising for the Customer Operations Manager when required.
