Job summary

Buzz Bingo is seeking a Live Bingo Assistant Manager in Nottingham to lead a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts, ensuring engaging, compliant sessions across online and retail channels. You’ll drive recruitment, coaching and performance, delivering memorable customer experiences and value for players.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo, you will manage day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs, and support payroll and cost control while upholding gaming compliance and safer

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching customer-facing teams.
• Strong people development and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.
• A passion for customer experience, entertainment and team success.
• Experience in customer engagement, live operations, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of gaming compliance and safer gambling is desirable but not essential.

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Delivering engaging Live Bingo sessions and outstanding customer experiences.
• Managing social media activity, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling and reporting.
• Monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.
• Supporting payroll, operational costs and accurate customer payouts.
• Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, safer gambling and company policies.
• Deputising for the Customer Operations Manager when required.

Location: Nottingham Studios (with occasional club visits as required)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time (40 hours)
