Job summary

Buzz Bingo is hiring a Live Bingo Assistant Manager at Nottingham Studios to lead and grow a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts. You will ensure engaging, compliant bingo sessions across online and retail channels, driving exceptional customer experiences and commercial success.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo, you will support recruitment, onboarding and performance management while coordinating scheduling, promotions and daily operations to meet KPIs and deliver

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Live Hosts and Chat Hosts.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Deliver engaging Live Bingo sessions and ensure top customer experiences.
• Manage social media activity, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist payroll and manage accurate customer payouts.
• Ensure gaming compliance and safer gambling policies.

The Role

You'll support team performance, customer engagement, operational delivery and commercial success, while helping to create memorable experiences for our players.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Delivering engaging Live Bingo sessions and outstanding customer experiences.
• Managing social media activity, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling and reporting.
• Monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.
• Supporting payroll, operational costs and accurate customer payouts.
• Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, safer gambling and company policies.
• Deputising for the Customer Operations Manager when required.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading or coaching customer-facing teams.
• Strong people development and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.
• A passion for customer experience, entertainment and team success.
• Experience in customer engagement, live operations, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of gaming compliance and safer gambling is desirable but not essential.
