Job summary

Caffè Nero in Bishop's Stortford is recruiting an Assistant Manager to help run the store, coach the team and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll lead by example, support the Store Manager and drive standards across shifts.

• Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing their team to drive standards and performance.

• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
