Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead and develop teams across our busy centre. The role focuses on delivering high standards of service, coaching staff, and supporting the General Manager to meet centre goals and financial targets.

You will contribute to a safe and fun customer environment, work nights/weekends as required, and benefit from a comprehensive induction and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing teams in hospitality/retail.
• Strong customer service orientation and people skills.
• Ability to coach and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
