Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre and drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll undergo thorough induction and be trained across lanes, the bar and diner, as well as amusements, ensuring smooth daily operation.

You’ll coach and mentor teams, support the General Manager, and help achieve financial targets while maintaining high standards and a safe, fun environment for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Management experience within leisure, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on experience.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends to meet centre needs.
• Desire for success and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Induction and comprehensive training across lanes, bar, diner and amusements.
• Coach and mentor the team and run a high-standard front-of-house operation.
• Support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre maintains best-in-class standards and a safe, enjoyable environment for customers.
