Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre and drive outstanding guest experiences. You will be trained across lanes, bar, diner and amusements, coordinating a team to deliver a seamless operation.

You will coach staff, manage front-of-house operations and support the General Manager to achieve centre targets, while maintaining the best standards in the industry for safety and customer happiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in leisure, hospitality, or retail environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and people management skills.
