Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will train and mentor the team across lanes, bar, and diner, while upholding high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires managing shifts, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring safe, lively, and welcoming operations for families and friends enjoying affordable fun and entertainment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong customer service mindset with a track record.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team to deliver exceptional service.
