Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre. You’ll receive a thorough induction, training across lanes, bar and diner, and you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey.

This role requires coaching and developing teams, and supporting the General Manager to achieve centre goals and financial targets. The package includes bonus schemes and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
