Mecca Bingo in Broadstairs is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team, set the standard, and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You’ll drive day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure the venue runs smoothly while controlling costs and compliance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll coach and develop colleagues, celebrate success with the team, and foster a people-focused culture.

Qualifications
