Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking an Assistant Manager in Worthing to lead a busy Coffee House alongside the General Manager, delivering exceptional hospitality and driving performance. You will coach your team, recruit and onboard new members, and ensure standards while developing a positive, high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a busy customer-facing environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Experience delivering high standards of customer service.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of business performance.

Responsibilities
