- Support and motivate the team to perform at their best.
- Assist in financial oversight and KPI analysis to drive revenue and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations to deliver the Modern Coffee Experience to guests.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures and maintain stock levels.
- Mentor and develop team members for growth within WatchHouse.
