Responsibilities

• Lead in Store Manager's absence and coach Sales Advisors.
• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning and sales strategies.
• Be the product expert; handle questions and demonstrate products.
• Own the operations: rota management, inventory, cash handling and back-office tasks.
• Develop your team and drive targets with a positive, game-like approach.
• Be a brand ambassador; maintain a polished, luxury store presence.
