Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a store professional to lead in the Store Manager's absence, blending frontline customer service with team coaching. You will own daily operations, rota planning, and product demonstrations to deliver the signature Feel Good Experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager on sales strategies, mentor Sales Advisors to reach targets, and maintain luxury boutique standards, ensuring attentive service and seamless back-office work during opening hours

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service at a similar level.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in Store Manager's absence and oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on rota planning and sales strategies.
• Answer complex product questions and demonstrate products to customers.
• Own inventory, cash handling, and back-office tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
• Develop the team through coaching and performance conversations to reach targets.
• Act as a polished brand ambassador and uphold luxury boutique standards.
