You will partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies, and plans to make colleagues and customers even happier.

Responsibilities

• Lead in Store Manager's absence, taking full responsibility for daily operations and team decisions.
• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies and nurturing a happy team and customers.
• Be the product expert, handle complex questions and demonstrate products with confidence.
• Own the operations side including rota management, inventory, cash handling and back-office work.
• Develop the team, coach for growth and turn sales into an engaging, game-like experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador with a polished appearance and attention to detail for a luxury boutique.
