Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Cannock seeks a store leader who blends frontline service with team coaching. You will lead in Store Manager's absence, partner on rosters and sales plans, and become the go-to product expert for a premium customer experience.

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Store Manager, and connect with customers (whether they're chatty or more reserved).

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
