Prezzo Italian is seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the General Manager, leading shifts, guiding the floor, and stepping up to run the restaurant when the GM isn’t there. You’ll help set the tone for hospitality and ensure every guest feels genuinely looked after.

This is a learning pathway to running your own restaurant, with ongoing development, support from the GM and Brava Hospitality Group across our brands.

Formación

• Experience leading shifts in busy hospitality.
• Commercial awareness of sales and costs.
• People-first approach; coach in the moment.
• Pride in food and exceptional hospitality; attention to detail.
• Ambition to run a restaurant someday.
• Knowledge of licensing, food safety and health and safety.
• Experience in casual dining, pubs, hotels or fine dining welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts from the front and set the pace for hospitality.
• Recruit, train and develop the team and nurture top talent.
• Support the GM with rotas balancing guest demand and labour.
• Be a visible floor presence, ensuring guests' first and last impressions.
• Ensure Italian classics go out correctly every shift.
• Turn first-time visitors into regulars and Club Prezzo members.
• Handle feedback to improve service.
• Drive sales, manage costs and protect margins.
• Suggest local specials, partnerships and local marketing.
• Use KPIs to monitor performance and adjust accordingly.
• Run the restaurant in the GM's absence.
