Job summary

Prezzo Italian, part of Brava Hospitality Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the floor team and ensure exceptional hospitality. You will drive guest satisfaction, train staff and help manage daily operations as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in busy hospitality.
• Understand sales drivers and costs; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts from the front and set service standards.
• Build a connected team and train future leaders.
• Support the GM with rotas, cost management and wellbeing.
• Use KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Maintain food safety, health and safety and licensing standards.
• Manage stock, cash and security with care.
